Erlinda Lara

Erlinda Lara is an accomplished Executive with extensive experience in Claims Operations, audit oversight, compliance, healthcare contract interpretation, negotiations, electronic data interchange (EDI), system implementation & Third-party Administrations.   She has proven leadership and ability to lead a cross-functional team of Client Services & Operations for over 25 years. For more than 25 years she managed Claims Operations, Contracts & Configuration for small & large organizations such as Kaiser Permanente, LA Care Health Plan, Blue Shield Promise HP, Physician Management Inc & others.

Erlinda Lara has attended Feati University with a background in Fine Arts, she also has a Certificate in Leadership Training Program from Pepperdine University & US Institute of Diplomacy & Human Rights.  She is also a licensed producer.  She loves to paint, walk and is passionate about traveling, she enjoys volunteering at the Huntington Library & Museum.
