Erlinda Lara

Erlinda Lara is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in claims operations, audit oversight, compliance, healthcare contract interpretation, negotiations, electronic data interchange (EDI), system implementation, and third-party administration.

For more than 25 years she has led cross-functional Client Services and Operations teams, and managed claims operations, contracts, and configuration for small and large organizations such as Kaiser Permanente, LA Care Health Plan, Blue Shield Promise Health Plan, Physician Management Inc., and others.

Erlinda attended Feati University, with a background in fine arts. She also holds a Certificate in Leadership Training Program from Pepperdine University and the US Institute of Diplomacy & Human Rights. She is a licensed producer.

She loves to paint and walk, is passionate about traveling, and enjoys volunteering at the Huntington Library and Museum.
