Gonzalez is a dynamic and innovative problem-solver with a proven track record in marketing and sales strategy across multiple industries, now transitioning his expertise to the health insurance and health technology sectors. With extensive experience as a Business Strategist and Marketing Consultant since 2016, Ezra has conducted SWOT analyses, optimized workflows, and forged strategic partnerships to drive new business and elevate client retention. Mentored by ClickFunnels 2 Comma Club winners, Ezra has built high-converting sales funnels and executed paid advertising campaigns that consistently deliver improved ROI. Ezra’s diverse experience includes roles such as Political Campaign Strategist, where he developed comprehensive social media strategies for a seasoned mayoral candidate, and Co-Founder & Chief Marketing Officer at Real Estate Funnel Systems, where he successfully penetrated 15 markets and set a company record with joint venture webinars. His tenure as Marketing Director & Consultant for Workout Bar & F45 Training saw him spearheading successful ad campaigns and social media strategies. 

Ezra’s background also includes leading the marketing strategy for EBBQ, founding a successful social media agency, and interning with CT Homes LLC.

Now focusing on health insurance sales, health AI, and health reimbursement account (HRA) sales, Ezra is eager to leverage his extensive marketing and sales expertise to drive innovation and growth in the healthcare industry and make a difference in people’s health & well-being.

Ezra holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management and Entrepreneurship from Point Loma Nazarene University.   He is also a licensed producer.
